Giraffe Audio

Giraffe is currently closed for a refurb/re-jig of the business, but the proprietor, Nick was very accommodating when we got a chance to chat to him. Though I am sad to have discovered this place a little too late, I cannot fault Nick’s knowledge of his craft and friendly nature. What a neat little place!

These guys are very knowledgeable and they do know there stuff". Nick is a very helpful and full of ideas to enhance your creative productivity. In Birmingham this in my opinion is the place to go if your a sound engineer

I was excited to first hear that Nick and Matt set up Giraffe Audio, they are both friendly and extremely knowledgeable with a passion for quality audio. Every one of their recommendations has been bang on the money, often surpassing what I'd expected.The shop itself is a very relaxed environment, even if just popping in for a chat.If I won the lottery tomorrow, Giraffe Audio would be my first port of call!

I have bought a few items now from giraffeaudio.com and Nick (the owner) is second to none. They can source anything and quickly too.I'd already given up on Thomann and DV247 ages ago with their 'outside' the UK supply chain and endless, non trackable, not their concern delays and horrible returns experiences.Enter giraffe audio. Nick gives you that 'hard to find these days' one to one service. I recently had a problem with a unit, and rather than have me wait around for ages for a repair, he negotiated a replacement with the distributor for me. There wasn't any, 'computer says no', nonsense. A used unit was swapped out for a new one. Way to go Nick and giraffeaudio.com :)
