Mind, Body & Soul Yoga

Amazing! Have been practicing yoga now for about 2 years when my lovely partner signed me up to a back Yoga session with Tina at Mind, Body & Soul as I suffer with back pain. Straight away I felt so relaxed and welcome. Since then I have participated in many lessons with Tina. Each lesson is unique and wonderfully set out. Such a lovely vibe and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend for all. :)

High recommend practicing yoga here. Tina is amazing somehow manages to tailor each session for all the groups needs and abilities. Beautiful environment to practice in, such a friendly place to be.
