We entrusted our property with Samuel and Son due to their great reputation. What a mistake. They assured us they had done the correct background and financial checks on tenants for our property which we later found out they hadnt. They were just after a quick commission resulting in way over £16000 in loss of earnings, a complete renovation of the house once we had finally got rid of the squatters after a year long legal battle and subsequent loss of health to my father. Avoid at all cost.

Alistdair and the team already had an excellent reputation as a high quality, local estate agent covering a wide range of properties and this is definitely the case. After recent moving to the village during a pandemic, communication and professionalism was key and they delivered every step of the way, always helpful navigating us through tricky property ecosystem during these challenging times. I would highly recommend their services as agent and use again in a heart beat. A most valuable asset for the village of Horam and surrounding area.
