Excellent experience with a worker at the till helping my blind mother, he (didn't get a name but tall with a little pin saying he supported the sunflower lanyard) was the perfect amount of helpful without being condescending; helped put things into our bag and narrated the whole time as well as reading out parts of the card reader for her. She was very impressed and we will definitely return :)

Not a big fan of beauty products but wanted to get start with serum for my face. Just here to leave a review for one of the staff members. Laura was great as she explained with all the patience regarding the serum oil which suits my skin type. Loved the way she served .Thank you so much. All the best.

A fantastic new store within the new St James' Quarter retail development in Edinburgh. The store is set out really nicely with a wide range of products.This stores also features the Body Shops new Refill section which currently has a limited range of their most popular and loved products. You can bring in your own bottle, or for a small additional cost you can get one of their REFILL Recycled Aluminium bottles to refill time and time again... Refilling works out between £2-6 cheaper depending on the use over buying new bottled products plus it reduces your plastic waste too.You can sign up for a free Body Shop Love your Body" reward card. It works out really handy to have if you love the Body Shop and it's products as if you spend over a certain amount (I think its £20 or £30) you will receive one £5 Off voucher onto your card for any future purchases or save them up for a big shop. As well as that you will also receive a voucher on your birthday to use as and when you wish. It's a great idea.The store manager and her staff are really friendly

Mature lady working there could do with some customer service training on communicating with people with disabilities, visited this shop today with a friend and my 6 year old child. Whilst I was being served she rather abruptly requested my friend to stop my child from touching things she apologised and explained his disability but further went on to tell her to stop touching things. Going around the shop saying ‘it’s one of those days’! If this is her attitude perhaps customer facing is not the best position for her. Recommend Gyle or Waverley as better understanding for customers with disabilities.

I had an incredible experience in the body shop today, Niamh looked after me so well. I was unsure of what products would suit me and she helped me so much and tailored a specific routine to suit my skin type and lifestyle. She recommended the Morniga range, absolutely love the scent and the products. Niamh is a credit to your store and company and I also had an incredible hand wash and massage. I will be back.

Using their products for decades. Shop is as expected, staff helpful and friendly. Quite unhappy that the seaweed range has been completely discontinued. No real substitute for a proper facial exfoliator available. Sad.
