Great layout of the store. Store was nice and bright. So much choice of foot wear. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The store often had ladders and stuff scattered arrive the store, obviously it's necessary for reaching stock higher up, but an eye saw that blocks the displays and causes potential trip hazard.Other than that there is a great selection of shoes.and sketchers are a great brand for really comfortable shoes, trainers, sandals etc. Not has heavily discounted as other brands at the details park, but not overly prices either

Visited sketchers today, at Mcarther glen, Bridgend, the staff there was fantastic, in particular one gentleman who went the whole 9 yards, and was one of the most helpfull person I have met, in a long time. Just wished I knew his name, because with his positive attitude he will go far...

The Asian lady (not racist) has really BAD customer service and an attitude problem, said twice I would like a bag and twice I was ignored until the cashier next to her who was fantastic asked if I would like a bag. After spending £70 on a pair of shoes youd think she would give a better service... the rest of the staff are superb!

I couldn't find my size so a super helpful assistant offered to look out the back, she came back with what I wanted, then my daughter couldn't find her size on the shopfloor and again we asked the same assistant and she went to check, and sure enough she came back with the goods. Two pairs of excellent, comfy trainers purchased, thanks to the lovely Kayleigh in the Bridgend store
