Reset my wife's engagement ring, Valued mum's jewellery for probate, adjusted a necklace. Highly recommend them - professional, friendly and discreet. You don't get that slightly uncomfortable, I've-just-been-ripped-off vibe of Bond Street round the corner.

Did an incredible job repairing some damage to my fiance's engagement ring. The repair to the damaged setting was flawless, it is impossible to tell that anything happened to it, with the new claws precisely matching the old ones (despite being a non-standard design). They were very understanding of the time restriction (under a month until the wedding) and our concern about the damage to such a sentimental piece.
