Zen dog grooming and spa

We've been taking our Bichon Frise to Gemma for years now and I couldn't recommend her enough! We tried a few people before Zen but the others we tried all groomed her like a poodle. Here she comes out looking perfect every time!The set-up is extremely professional and she's always very communicative. It's clear that Zen take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the dogs too! I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for our dog.

This lady is amazing. She always has my little dog looking the bees knees. I'm a very happy customer.

Harris had his 1st puppy groom today Gemma was fantastic with him and he has come back to us a gorgeous smelling fluff ball.Cannot recommendGemma enough she was fantastic with Harris ...and also gave me good advice on how to look after his coat..

Gemma has been absolutely amazing with our (nearly) 6 month Cavapoo Freddie. She has also been a great support to us as first-time puppy owners, giving us lots of advice with regards to Freddie's (high-maintenance!) coat and also being so accommodating with our appointments. Freddie had his first full groom today (just been getting a wee trim until now) and he looks absolutely beautiful. You can tell that Gemma really cares about the animals she looks after as Freddie REALLY didn't like to be brushed at home but a few appointments with Gemma (and her never-ending patience with him!) and he sat amazingly for her today.
