Large well stocked store. Though perhaps the staff could be more aware of what, and where in the store items are available! I asked for one particular item, and was told if they had it it would be on these shelves". It was not. I found it myself

I live b&m I go there almost 3 times a week to get all my bunny stuff and dog things and all Christmas gifts.. problem is the music it give me a migraine. So sad or if not Jaz really think they should change it up. And the ads are louder then anything. Slowly stopped going as much

I like B&M stores always have.They have a good variety of food and household goods.Some of their products are cheaper than elsewhere this certainly matters now more than ever as prices of everything (especially food prices) are rocketing!

The staff are incredibly rude. They started locking the doors 20 min before closing. Every person that came into the store got a comment “can’t believe people are still coming in” said between the two women in front. When I asked to confirm the store closing time was 4:30, they said to take it up with management. I will be.

Update: A major problem with this shop is the volume of the 'music' and the only respite from that music being loud adverts for... B&M. I'm in the shop! Please don't blare irrelevant ads at me; it just makes me stop picking up products and leave!With that out of the way, despite other people's experiences, I've always found the staff here to be polite & efficient.Original review: Really useful stuff in stock, for decent prices, and the checkout staff are always friendly. Thank you for still having normal-sized shopping baskets available where other retailers have ditched them. Thank you, B&M!
