Excellent customer service! I was assisted by Helen Louka who was passionate, helpful, knowledge and friendly. I was nervous about making the wrong purchasing decisions and now feel very confident goi g forward. Thank you Helen!

Really disappointed. Have used this company for a number of years and on the whole they've been pretty good. Placed a web order for 2 different products which didn't arrive. Upon chasing it turned out that one product was out of stock so they didn't send the other. I was promised that the out of stock item was due in that day and would be shipped the following. It never arrived. Another phone call and it's been delayed and was due in today and would be shipped today (Friday for delivery Monday). It would appear that keeping a customer informed isn't worth the effort and having products available to purchase without a backorder notification is also too much trouble. It's poor customer service which loses customers. OK so my orders might not add up to much but if this is the way you conduct business you deserve to fail.

Mouldlife gifted me tinsil 80-30 , their customers service is amazing and are so helpful if you stuck on the measurements. Thankyou so much I will always be a returning customer! If your unsure on the products , they are more than happy to help you . All there products are high class and amazing to work with. Thankyou again

Mouldlife is great. Helen was right there on Chat to answer all my moulding, casting and products questions. She was totally helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Until a few days ago I had never dealt with mouldlife and given I had never used their products I was a bit confused in regards of what products were best suited for my needs, i popped over an email asking g for a little information and was very pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and speediness of their reply! Most companies can take a day or two but I was greet with an email within an hour! I dealt with 2 ladies called Helen and Gemma and they were equally great! I felt at ease instantly and got the relevant info i needed. With many emails and information the whole turn around time was a day, which was a great relief, if you have any Issues and end up dealing with these two ladies, then rest assure you will be dealt with professionalism and confidence! I look forward to buying from them again.

There customer service is good, but the delivery is useless. We run a business and the time is now 5.00. They have all day but have just left us to fester. TNT are a waste of space ...

I use silicone from Mould Life all the time and they are great. Great products, fast delivery and their team are really helpful. Big shout out to Helen for all your help. Thank you.

Such a fantastic company, with skilled, friendly, helpful staff.I called them up on a recommendation, and spoke to the head of their technical support to try and find what it was I was after.I was given a full and comprehensive breakdown of their products and what I can expect from each. I was even sent several emails to fully explain the pros and cons of everything that I required.I emailed their sales to thank them for such a great personal service, and even had contact back from one of their regional sales managers to thank me for my inquiries and subsequent order. I am utterly blown away by their professionalism and in-depth knowledge, partnered with the AMAZING amounts of products and competitive prices.I am already planning to be a long term customer from now on.I cannot state enough how pleased I have been from start to finish.

Great customer service, great selection of quality products.We had some issues with out PU foam, and after performing due diligence testing, we reached out to Mouldlife's customer service. David, their representative, was super helpful and quick to respond, even with the current pandemic throwing spanners in everyone's efficiency.The prices are fair, the selection is excellent, and the employees have the know-how to help with it all.
