I bought a cycle plan for my kids bike and the order was cancelled a few days later because I didn’t collect anything as there is nothing to collect. I had to place the order again and this time went to “collect the cycle plan”. When I entered the store, they said, there’s nothing to give me. Complete waste of time. The call centre was useless as they seem to think I must go in to sign something. I explained that in this day and age, we sign documents electronically. We do this for mortgages! But apparently we can’t do this for a cycle care plan……… ridiculous.

Oil light came on. As a Halfords Motoring Club Premium member l decided to go to my local Halfords store. I purchased my required Oil and they not only put the oil in but they topped up my screen wash and checked my water level all free of charge. I also had a £10.00 gift card which was automatically deducted from my bill. So being a Halfords Motoring Club Premier member really paid off. Great service.

Marcus was great! I'd spent almost all week trying to get hold of spark plugs and a socket to remove/fit them for my old Kia but time and again I was ordering stuff only for the web sites to come up and say the 'recommend plug is unsuitable for your vehicle' So why recommend them?!!!!In despair I went to Halfords and Marcus looked the stuff up, checked the plugs and checked out the sockets ordered and said he call when they came in. He called me once they arrived then then double checked it all was correct and things fitted. They did! Now I have the new plugs fitted and ready to go. Sometimes no matter how smart a computer thinks it is, you can't beat a human brain and a man with a mission! Thanks Marcus, your efforts were very much appreciated!

Brilliant service, really helpful staff. Always encouraging and ready to help. The cycle care plan is a real bonus, as I've already saved a lot with the included 15% discount on accessories. I definitely recommend the care plan to anyone.

I drove to Bristol from London and had battery issue. I drove to the store to replace a new battery. The service was wonderful! The young chap who helped with the work was very kind and helpful. Also, he helped with some additional check on the type pressures and wind screen conditions etc. I was great.

Just had a dashcam hardwired at Halfords, Winterstoke Road. The fitting was done very quickly with no visible wires. I had a few problems getting the app to work but two members of staff came out to help me, it took a while but they were very patient and got it all working. Excellent service throughout.Update. Had another car hardwired for dash cam today. Halfords kept to the appointment time, very friendly young lady in store. The fitter was very friendly and did a very neat job again. I would happily recommend this branch for this service. Bristol. Winterstoke Road.

What a lovely shopping experience. All staff were welcoming and showed enthusiasm when discussing my requirements. Nathan did an excellent job exchanging my battery and carrying out my included 'motoring club' vehicle check which unearthed a couple of minor fixes. Marcus the newly appointed deputy manager illustrated why he had been recently promoted. Well done team.

Popped in today to see if anyone could help with a mystery indicator fault on my Audi TT. The problem turned out to be more complex than we initially thought, but the gentlemen who assisted me were very knowledgeable about my particular model’s “quirks” and they managed to diagnose the root cause and guide my next steps. I’m very grateful to your team for getting to the bottom of the issue, especially since a local garage were unable to solve this previously. Harvey is a credit to this store!

Have been trying to use your battery replacement service. Told you don't supply one that fits my car in spite of the AA showing me the battery on your website.Tried using chat BOT which didn't understand Question put to it. Very frustrating experience.
