We took delivery of our new Coachman caravan on the 4th October, 2023. Based on the sales support we received from Julie Nisbet, I would've given this review 5 stars instead of 4, had it not been for a dealership error that occurred in the ordering of our new caravan. After placing the order in late March for a new Coachman VIP 575 caravan, we then elected in early April to have an Air Conditioning Unit installed as an optional extra and paid the additional cost upfront. The projected delivery for the new caravan which included all the optional extras that we'd elected to have installed during the factory production process was late July to early August and we looked forward to getting the use of our new caravan for part of the summer season. However, Julie called on the 10th July informing us that the new caravan had arrived but was unfortunately missing the Air-Con unit. Julie was totally upfront regarding how this error had occurred and explained that an internal review had discovered that this was the result of an error made by Knowepark as this optional extra had been inadvertently omitted in the final build specification submitted to Coachman. In the end, we reached an agreement on a way forward which was that we accepted the supply of a new 2024 model which would include all of our optional extras at the same price as the 2023 model. The new van would be build in the same production schedule as the 2024 demo caravans produced for the caravan shows with a projected delivery date of mid October 2023. Dealing with Julie from our initial arrival at Knowepark was a pleasure and she made what could've been a disappointing and stressful experience as painless and stress free as possible. I would also wish to mention her colleague Steven Millar who took over from Julie when she was unfortunately off work on sick leave. Steven's support was also excellent as he guided us thru the final part of the process of trading-in our old caravan and taking ownership of our new one. In general, I would have no hesitation in recommending Knowepark Caravans to anyone looking to purchase either a new or a used caravan.

Friendly bunch of people, sometimes parts and accessories staff lacking in product knowledge. This could be rectified with some training. Quite expensive for parts too but a great array of parts all under one roof and a cafe if you need to wait so all things considered, a good company and a good service.

Excellent as always! Just purchased our 4th motorhome from here, and it was as usual a great experience. Thought we had found what we wanted but it just didn't work for us but thanks to the staff (Julie Nisbet especially) who really knew the stock we were directed to what is proving to be a perfect fit. Thanks to you all.... again.

Disappointed after a long drive. All vans locked unlike other dealers, and no handout with listing....had to photo on phone....not user friendly

Very well stocked caravan shop. All sorts of stairs for your van. It's worth a look.Good selection of new and used caravan.

Spoke to member of staff in accessories shop re air con. Had no knowledge was nt interested. Will take my custom elsewhere.

Excellent variety of caravans for sale.As soon as we entered we were met by a friendly sales person who escorted us to the caravan we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable & helpful with no pressure whatsoever to purchase. After viewing the gentleman gave us his contact details. We will consider buying a caravan from this supplier as the service we were given was excellent.

Never knew of this place before, wish I had as it would have saved me many a journey to Perth, great accessory/parts shop, even has a cafe, staff were all really friendly, huge place outside with lots of stock my new favourite dealership and sure I'll be a regular customer from now on.

We went here to get ideas for our van and got to say we got greeted by friendly staff that had loads of experience and ideas for our van and spent loads of time with us showing us inside of other vans and up the back in the parts store. And before we left we went to the upstairs cafe which was a delight. Definitely recommended to everyone I know that has a camper or caravan

I was very interested in looking at the different options of caravans available at knowepark.2,4,5,6,berth new and used.Staff member Mr Allan McKay was very helpful getting keys for certain vans I wanted to see.And giving me information to make a decision. Knowepark has a lovely cafe upstairs, so you can have a bleather before you decide on anything .
