I’m very pleased with my online shopping experience with the Dustpan and Brush Store. They had exactly what I was looking for, a long handled dustpan and long handled brush for use outdoors. The store kept me informed about when I would receive my order. The items arrived promptly and were well packaged. They had to be assembled which was quick and easy to do. My daughter bought me the rubber broom as I couldn't find one in local shops. This is fantastic for pet hair. I have a Kirby vacuum which I thought was great for lifting dog hair. After vacuuming I used the broom and managed to get more hair that I couldn't see off the carpet. My only minor irritation, as everything screws together there is a tendency to loosen off when using.

Bought directly from their website, paid for shipping only to be disappointed when items never made it on time, it is under the process at the couriers hub for 3 days now.Genuinely they want customers to pay for various options of shipping, in my case the shipping cost would have been the same as the value of the items I had bought. Anyway, at least due to the standard of their business at least couriers has somewhat an income, they are already paid for the delivery and now I shall pay for return :) perfect business!!! I emailed them, but as usual in the case of a problem they always go silent.

I bought the Super Heavy Duty Deck scrub brush with scraper to replace a brush which I have screwed to the floor at my front door to brush off my feet before entering the house, This brush is extra heavy duty, it feels very stiff and does the job very well, the timber used is a good quality so I assume I will get more than the normal 3 years of use out of it. The scraper I installed next to the brush to remove heavy mud deposits, it also works well. Although I am not yet using the broom handle or holder I will replace one of my poor quality handles with this sturdy high quality handle. I am very happy and impressed with the quality of the product which arrived in the time span expected. Highly recommend this product.

Had an issue with pack of broom handles and made a complaint, after a few emails, they phoned me direct and sent out replacements even after me using the others. Not sure if I have ever received this level of customer service before and it was exceptional. will definitely be ordering again. Below pics are the quality broom handles and they are indeed quality.
