Very helpful, booked appointment yesterday and had my puncture repaired with ease today

Called them about a slow puncture and they booked me in first tjjng in the morning. Went to do my shopping and when I came back tyre was fixed (had a screw in it). Price was £20 which I was delighted about. Nice staff great service. Definitely go again.

Popped in to chance a quick tyre change, late afternoon. Guys did great to get me in before Easter weekend. My threads were crossed so it wasn't the easiest job but they done me good.Thanks guys!

Great service and lovely staff

Have had tyres fitted here twice. Very surly, disinterested service. Attempting to be helpful by providing tyre pressure and wheel nut torque was met with sarcastic disinterest. Tyre sealant all over the wheels afterwards both times.First time around they left me with two imbalanced wheels (>10g out each) that were causing vibration at speed.Gave them the benefit of the doubt and I like supporting local business, so came back again with a different vehicle. Second time around, they scraped the back face of two of the alloys across their rough concrete floor while trying to get the rim to stick when inflating the tyres (watched as they did it, not just once but with the second wheel again the same).Old wheel weight adhesive was not removed properly and new weights stuck over the top of the old adhesive, looks a proper mess. They've scratched one of the alloys around the rim, too. Doesn't quite warrant a refurb, but annoying and slapdash.I certainly won't be going back.

Went to this place last minute , an hour before they closed and they managed to fit me two new front tyres there and then which was brilliant. I am very greatful for that. Can't fault them on that. And for a good price.However, you don't get a hello when you turn up, you're made to feel as though you're not wanted there and none of the tyre fitters actually talk to you, you just get a stare. I probably won't go here again.

The garage is ok, fitted 4 tyres for me bought through Blackcircle tyres so price nothing to recommend Hadleigh Tyres for but the people who do the fitting are not at all customer orientated, unfriendly and hostile although I’m sure they don’t realise that. I asked how long to fit the four tyres as I didn’t want to wait in their dark waiting area on a sunny day and was told half an hour. Got back on time only to find it took another 35 minutes until the work was completed.The work was ok but not a good experience.A photo of one wheel I think demonstrates staffs disinterest in the work

I had an issue with tyre pressures on all four wheels, a quick phone call and I was in and dealt with extremely quickly at no charge, so I insisted a tip.

Brilliant staff. Very efficient.
