Leeds Harley-Davidson

I bought my bike from this store in 2018 and the salesman Andy couldn’t be more helpful, since then the customer service seems to have gone with him. I recently came in to buy a few things and as always Katie was excellent but when I asked someone else on the front desks for a price on the Highway pegs on the shelf I was pretty much fobbed off and I never got the price so I put them back. I also recently noticed a small oil leak so I called and asked if someone could take a look, advise me of the problem and then I’d book it in for repair, I was told I could but it would be £108 + VAT just to take a look, I explained I only needed someone to take a quick look and no work was necessary but the price was still £108 + VAT.I have in the past few weeks called the store to get a price for my bike to either sell it or trade it in, I was told on 2 separate occasions to send details and a pic via email, which I did with no reply, so then I called and was told I could bring it down and someone would value it for me, I did this 30 minutes later to then be told by the same young lad who 30 minutes earlier told me to bring it down that the guy who prices the bikes wasn’t actually in until Tuesday (this was Friday) so I’d have to wait till then and he’d call me, total waste of time…unsurprisingly i’m still waiting. Really bad service at this store.Eager to sell you a bike but the aftercare is overpriced and the customer service is nonexistent.

Great dealership with a fabulous clothing department and a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady to assist.They say judge a company not by when mistakes are made but by how they rectify them. I’ve had a couple of issues with my bike and they sorted them out quickly and courteously. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Just used leeds and gateshead harley davidson to trade in an iron 883 for a XR1200 and Sam went above and beyond in making sure the deal went through as smoothly as possible, couldn't have asked for more professionalism and would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

Gave me a fair price in part exchange for my bike the process of swapping bikes went very smooth with no issues easy going laid back staff which compliments the dealership perfectly. Worth dropping by just to spend some time looking around plenty of machines to drool over.
