Caffyns Brighton Audi

Lovely experience from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable and valued by the salesman dealing with me, the branch manager and all other staff I came into contact with. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Had multiple issues with this dealership ever since purchasing a car less than a year ago with them. The car has been in 3 times, and the general service is appalling. Lots of promises with no follow through. Recent issue was arranging to book in a service with them (which was sold to us as included) however it appears that the salesman miss-sold this to us because guess what? it's not included. Don't waste your time with this lot, you are better to give your money to local car dealers who need it - I wish I had. It's a shame you have to give them 1 star.

Picked up new lease car today, fantastic customer service by Steve. Went through all info thoroughly friendly and helpful. Assisted in getting to the delearship and was picked up from the station. The car was prepped and ready. Appreciate the seamless and enjoyable handover experience. Whilst in the dealership people as they saw me had offered help/refreshments, very attentive. A few year's back I lost my faith with Brighton Audi, I would like to say my faith has been restored.Excellent customer service from Shelby and Tom in service.Both of these people were utterly charming from the get go.Shelby is a total treasure and a asset to Caffyns. Tom was incredibly polite and helpful.Before leaving I chatted with Jacob on the sales team what a great guy. Excellent service all round.I only went into Brighton Audi to make inquiries about a car and thanks to Jacob Gwilliam I ended buying a car there and then. Nothing was too much trouble for Jacob he explained everything to me in great details. No questions went unanswered and what I respected him most he was not pushy or trying to sell me anything that I was not happy with. When the car was sign over to me it was exactly as it was described by Jacob. All that needed to be done was done and may be more.I am very very happy with everything, the car was just what I was looking for.Thanks Audi and thank you Jacob.

Had my rs5 serviced .Was looked after by Angelika at the service team. She and the rest of the front desk staff are incredible! Met every little demand and request I had and did so without a fuss and really appreciated my car. They respect it and updated me with any little bit of information.MASSIVE thanks to also Martin Eden. He serviced my car and was a please to talk to. Absolute gentleman who respected every thing I wanted and the way I wanted it done. The job was done so quickly. Typical car sales people. Very responsive when they want the deal, the moment the money has exchanged, you will not be able to get through to a single soul. Have spent months trying to get someone to respond. Issued a complaint and even the manager was unable to deal with. Disgraceful.

I was interested in viewing the Audi A1 sport back and luckily I was visiting a friend in Brighton who has a Audi showroom nearby ( Caffryns) We were met by the lovely sales person Adrian Nastase who was most informative about the different variations and specs etc. I was able to have a test drive and found the demo A1 sportback easy to manoeuvre.I decided to purchase the A1 S series, black Edition demonstrator a couple of days later .The whole process went smoothly and communication was frequent with Adrian.Adrian always got back to my queries , even on his day off ! He has been helpful, professional and friendly throughout , even after I got my car and needed information about certain aspects of the Mmi system he was most patient to assist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend visiting Caffryns if you are interested in purchasing an Audi. Thank you Adrian and team.
