The City Arcade Student Accommodation

I really enjoyed my time in this student accommodation! The rooms are spacious and well equipped (bed, desk, chair, closet/wardrobe, shelves and underbed storage), the communal area is really nice, and the building is in an excellent location close to the city centre. My flat had a huge kitchen with lots of countertop space which was great for cooking. The accommodation manager was also always very nice and happy to help with any problem. Also, there was usually pizza on wednesdays in the common room :)

I would really recommend you guys to choose this accommodation for so many reasons, you get a free pizza every wednesday, it’s right in the centre with a lot of convenience, it’s safe with all the security systems, the manager of the accommodation Mr. Aziz is very sweet & gives solution for anything, room and the kitchen is spacious. I have no regrets living here for an year. Cheers

Living in the City Arcade is a great experience. The communal kitchen is very large and fully equipped to cater for many cooking needs and also to ensure safe use. In addition, there are all kinds of cleaning tools needed in life, as well as perfect apartment facilities such as laundry room and bicycle parking room, etc., the reception staff is also very warm and willing to solve problems for residents. It's a great lodging experience.

Outstanding student accommodation. Rooms are very spacious and building is very secure. Kitchens are large with enough storage space for all the residents and each has an amazing flat screen TV. Ground floor common room is perfect for parties, meetups and events, and the accommodation manager is beyond helpful. Location is perfect as it very close to the city centre, whilst still being walking distance to the university. Would wholeheartedly recommend for any student looking for a place to stay.

Student accommodation right in the middle of Exeter. Nice and clean inside. Kitchen a little cluttered, but then that's students for you. Bathroom a little small in my opinion. Certainly not enough room to swing a cat, but clean and functional. Room that I saw was bright and airy with bed, desk and most important...internet. Good value for 12 months use.

My experience with the City Arcade was fantastic. The location is really central to all bars, restaurant, pubs and clubs. It is also really close to the quay. The room has everything needed and the kitchen is spacious (shared mine with 5 flat mates). The building manager Aziz is most helpful and very understanding and will anser any queries you may have. There is a lift as well as a storage space for all your parcels in case you miss your collection time. I stayed there for only in my final year but had the bst experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a student accommodation.

This place is the perfect accomodation for all sorts of students, especially those who want a small comfortable place this is the one. Contains a large kitchen with dish washers and multiple fridges where we have equal spaces to shares it with our flatmates. Every Wednesday a lovely meeting with quality accomodation where I just love to hang out and meet friends and new people around there. Location of the place is also good, near South Street taking about 20-30 minute walk to the Streatham Campus and minutes away from City where I can buy groceries or attend socials.Wifi is brilliant, never complaint about it, includes a LAN plug for strong ethernet too. Lastly the manager of the place Mr Aziz has always been extremely kind and helpful where we can address all sorts of problems straight towards him. He has helped me in small problems through the term and I feel extremely grateful to have such a brilliant manager making this accomodation truly a 5* place.

The accommodation is situated in such a great location. Not only is it close to most shops in the city centre and the Cathedral it is also just a 10mins walk from the Exeter Quay. The manager is such a responsive and helpful staff that goes out of his way to ensure your queries are answered and assist you in anyway he can. The amenities of the rooms and the kitchen are also up to expectations. Maintenance of flats are done regularly and efficiently. The rooms itself are spacious with ample under the bed storage space.

This student accommodation has an excellent location being close to the city center and university campuses. The rooms are spacious and equipped with good internet connection and desk space. The building is secure and well-equipped with large kitchens and flat-screen TVs. The common room is perfect for events, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for any student looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Ideal location, right in the centre of town near to all the essential places. Bedrooms are very spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped with the TV being an added bonus. Great manager, who is very accommodating and understanding. Wish it wasn’t my last year or I would be back here again next year, would highly recommend for students.
