As an Irish based customer Anthony drove all the way from Blackpool to Liverpool Airport to show me the car which was exactly as he described it. He provided lots of extra info and photos of the car which put my mind at ease before I booked flights, ferry and accommodation. ⭐️My experience with Howarth Motor Company was quite disappointing. After showing interest in a car and reaching out to Anthony with some questions, I was initially satisfied with the answers and scheduled a call back to arrange a viewing the next morning. However, despite taking the day off work for this, I never received the promised call from Anthony at 3 pm.Feeling let down, I contacted Anthony via message at 8 pm to express my disappointment about not receiving a callback. Although he did apologize, I was still disappointed with the lack of communication, which led to rearranging my work schedule for nothing.When Anthony did finally get in touch later, he asked me to come and view the car the following day, which unfortunately, I couldn't do due to my inability to take more time off work after already having taken a day off for the initial viewing. I informed Anthony of this on May 20th, and since then, my messages have been ignored.This unprofessional behavior from Howarth Motor Company was unexpected, especially given the positive reviews I had seen. I had hoped for better customer service and communication, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I would advise others to approach with caution when dealing with this dealership.

I recently purchased a car from Will & being some 200 miles away was a little concerned about transferring a large amount of money however I can assure you that there is nothing to worry about. Communication was fantastic & the car .. well what can I say .. absolutely faultless & it is exactly as described. Very good experience buying my Z4 from Anthony at woodman Howarth. I was impressed with their customer service and attention to details in that they wanted to receive and check the car was immaculate before my test drive.
