Had light lunch which was lovely and fresh and tasty. Only error was there was no teabag in the teapot!Will go back again for a full meal.

Young lady on reception very helpful friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food very good water /bar staff friendly and helpful would recommend this hotel

Disappointedly poor customer service (on two occasions) from young lady A at reception - rude and unhelpful. Left waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a manager who was a little better in his approach but substandard in dealing with a customer compliant

We stayed for only one night, but it was lovely and clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff on reception were excellent and updated our room to a accessible room. It was a great help. We also enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast. Thank you.

Beds were really comfortable but there was continuous noise, sounded like a generator. This was slightly annoying and interfered with sleep.

Lunch took an hour to serve and food was very expensive and not good at all! Don’t order fish and chips or fries as tasteless!
