Chloe is so fantastic and goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. She really listens and takes the time to make sure I am happy with my hair. Everyone at the salon is very professional and kind and each visit is truly a pleasure!

Lucy was very attentive to what I wanted and advised what would be helpful and suitable for me to Be able to manage my new haircut. She checked several times that I was happy to cut my hair from almost waist length to shoulder. Very pleased with the finished result.

This salon is fab! It is such a friendly and happy salon. I always feel SO relaxed and welcomed. I always have Cam, he is literally the BEST! I had never had my hair dyed before and he reassured me and we took the plunge together. He gave me ‘expensive brunette’ and I am in love! The only regret is, I wish I did this sooner! Cam is super easy to chat to and always so reassuring, not to mention extremely good at what he does. You have a true talent. Thank you so much!

Lisa was welcoming and so was the team! All are super helpful friendly and attentive.Lisa really listened to my needs which helped me feel at ease and safe in her hands. It was really nice to hear advice as sometimes I think you need a bit of help when you are unsure of what to do.Definitely recommend !

The experience at Nichares was outstanding today, really pleased with the out come of my hair! Finally after so many disasters at other salons, Chloe, my stylist, got it to how i wanted it! She spoke through every step and was really informative on how to care for my hair moving forward.I am moving away from Taunton but will make sure I return to see Chloe for all my hair needs.Thank you.

It was my first time visiting Nichares and I had such a lovely experience with Georgina. I am very pleased with my hair cut and the finished result. Georgina took her time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel very pampered with the hair wash, blow dry and styling. I felt very comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be booking again x

Chloe is absolutely fabulous. It took me ages to take the step to find a hairdresser in Taunton after moving to the area, and I really couldn't be happier.I have a lot of hair and had found it was going flat quickly, since my last app sharing this with Chloe, it has been thinned and it definitely has it's bounce back. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to my hair always open to suggestions and Chloe has done a fab job. So please she is moving to senior stylist, well deserved ♡
