Kingswood Upvc Hull

I had my windows and back door fitted by Paul Cooper of kingswood upvc last April and I am still chasing for my certass certificate. After months of asking Paul and contacting certass myself he finally admitted his registration has lapsed. He finally told me he would get an independent surveyor to inspect the work and sign the work off but following a call to east riding council, building regs and the independent surveyor, it was confirmed that the surveyor could not carry out the inspection as the works are already completed and have been for almost a year. I asked Paul and he agreed he will send me the £299 required from building regs to pay for the required inspection, which is my preferred option as he repeatedly ignores my requests for him to confirm where my windows were ordered from, not the company I was told they were supplied by, this was confirmed by the company when I contacted them. I have no idea if my windows and door are to building regs standard. Paul is now working for a well known company in Hull, he is not trading as kingswood upvc. I cant help but wonder how many other people are affected by this man's insincerity. I have had lots of work done by Paul previously with no problems and had no reason to doubt him and I feel so hurt and betrayed as a loyal customer, supportive of small local businesses could be treated with such disregard and untruth. My fight continues!
