My and my family went to the M&S cafe and the food was brilliant but the lady at the till was a bit rude she had red hair but other than that it was a lovely outing for the family

6.30 pm Queues in food hall, nobody on tills, 2 staff just watching customers do it themselves, I sure staff could checkout people quicker but they didnt seem interested. In fact there were hardly any staff at all, anywhere! C'mon M&S, your food is premium prices, how about laying on better till service and making self checkout 10 items or less?

Poor customer service. The fitting room supervisor was too busy in an empty store supervising other areas. I was bluntly told we were too late for a bra fitting (5.30pm...but open til 8pm) and no consideration that customers shop late because they work in the day or go to school. No other help was offered and I had to ask for a tape measure. No wonder the store is empty.

There are cafés, then there are m&s cafés and this particular M&S café is one of my favourite places to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is my sanctuary to be myself, read and drink good coffee. The food is also always good - I especially love the rainbow slaw served with jacket potatoes.Autumn updateTurkey and ham hock toastie served with gravy and jacket potato with three bean chili and avocado. Both delicious.

I want to thank the really lovely team member with blue hair, ear plugs and tattoos. I was having difficulty choosing between 2 tops as I was leaving the changing room and he so casually, confidently and kindly talked through the options with me and helped me make a decision. Thank you - great energy x

Really disappointed on my last visit!Choice in stock was low, customer service questionable and the restaurant was awful! Dirty tables & floor, with limited choice on menu & where’s the cup & saucers gone!??Toilets poor…disabled not in use so used larger cubicle in main toilet which was unclean & flush not in use & good job I was with my mother in law to help wash hands as soap dispenser unreachable for anyone in wheelchair! Poor, poor, poor! Will nor be shopping here again!To encourage people to shop in store, rather than on-line & to keep these shops open, then M&S truly need to make sure they deliver the ‘good old fashioned service’ they use to deliver!

We often drive up to Swindon to visit the Orbital Shopping Centre as there is plenty of free parking,and quite a few large stores to look around.This trip we just popped into M & S to have a look around,it’s a fairly large shop with a bit of everything on sale from men’s to women’s clothes a small house section plus small cafe and food department.We both like the shop as they have a wide range of clothing which is pretty good quality,the cafe does a tasty chicken burger on It’s varied menu.
