Had our new boiler fitted yesterday and we were delighted with the service. The fitters were excellent from start to finish. They never stopped working and everything was done in a day. All debris was cleared and rooms left tidy. They were polite friendly and professional. I would strongly this company!

My new boiler install was both prompt and very competitively priced. The combi boiler installed has great hot water flow and the showers are a world away from the pitiful 2.7litres per minute had before from a gravity fed tank. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler or servicing etc.

Absolutely brilliant service. I knew what new boiler I wanted and Michael was able to provide. Stephen the fitter travelled from Bolton to Thetford, Norfolk to do the installation. Nothing at any stage has been too much trouble for either Michael or Stephen. Outstanding service and fully recommend.

We have had a new Termet boiler, a new radiator fitted and some radiator valves replaced and we are very happy with all the work carried out by EcoHeat Installations. The price was very good with all the work that was carried out being less than some companies charge for just the boiler.All the work took 2 days to complete and it was all done in a professional manner with all the rubbish being taken away and any mess being cleaned up.I would recommend this company for installing a new boiler or for any other plumbing work you require.Many thanks from a very happy customer.

I've been looking to replace my old boiler, so checked with comparison website, all boilers where £1900 onwards. then I've found eco heat installations and quote really surprised me. so I gave a call Michael on Friday asked if they are available on following Saturday, answer was yes, to my surprise. engineer came Saturday installed boiler between 0900am-0300pm. engineer very professional, I have had many questions about boilers, engineer was nice and explained me every small details about boiler. So now we have new boiler installed even my old boiler still worked, I am glad that we did it, if previously we have had bill for 24 hours for gas and electricity £4 , now it's went down to £3 a day. really pleased. as I said job been done with no time and after everything has been done Lawrence the engineer cleaned all rubbish and toke it with him. I would definitely recommend eco heat installations.This was my first impression, however Michael been telling lies, that he's going to send an engineer for three month. Never happened. As a boiler not originally from UK I am afraid the parts won't be available easy. At specially with company response.Don't trust Michael.
