Tower Hamlets Register Office

We had our wedding ceremony here and it was lovely. The staff were helpful and Anita did a great job conducting our ceremony. The lovely gardens and park are great for photos!

The lady who do registering has very very ill manner, I never seen like that diseased manner in United Kingdom . Receptionists are wonderful but registrar is awuful mannered ,rude, shoutung she disrespect us and treat us in different way from she would treat another person. She made even huge mistakes two times, I have seen her how she reacts so in order to avoid problems I wrote on paper details still she made a mistake. We are paying for the service and itissuetheir duty to to serve us.Be prepared for really ill mannered staff. But dont be afraid to politely ask for names and complain using the appropriate channels.

Hi everyone ,Please avoid this place .I had an appointment to give notice of marriage on 10th .Mr Mojid ( Bangladeshi / Asian British I believe ) was taking the notice . He was shouting , loud , no manner at all .I reguest him to lower his voice . Instead , he told us to leave his office , meaning tower hamlet office is his office .A lady had to run there to stop him . I asked the lady , can I please make a compliant . The lady said she is above everyone there . So I don’t have anyone to else to complaint .Total mess . You do not deserved to be shouted and mistreatedPlease choose the Bow Road register office which is really good

We had a lovely wedding with a simple ceremony on a beautiful sunny day of 16th May, 2023 in the Tower Hamlets Register Office! Anita and Rosemarie registrars made us feel welcome on our special day. After the ceremony, Rosemarie helped us pick beautiful spots to take our photos ☺️

My old certificate was falling to bits so finally decided to order replacements. All I can say is wow wow wow, 48 hr turnaround from online application to pickup from Tower Hamlets Register Office. Merry XMas.

I paid £45 pound for priority special delivery within 24h on Friday afternoon and on Tuesday evening I didn't receive the copy of my wedding certificate yet.So, why I paid so much money for a service that I didn't get it?Sent from Outlook for Android

A very emotional ceremony!On 26th May 2023, Cristian and me have celebrated our civil marriage at Tower Hamlets Register Office. Everything was perfect.The staff, the location, the guests and the music. A big thank you to the marriage officer. We do not remember her name. She is so kind, sweet and professional person.
