Just been in here this afternoon to upgrade a sim, very helpful staff. Sorted the sim and set up new one.

Staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products. The member of staff who dealt with my upgrades was an absolute star. Respectful, funny, and had the patience of a Saint. His name is Louis (maybe spelt wrong?), and he is a credit to EE. Please pass my feedback on to the staff in the shop. They deserve the feedback. Also.... A nice coffee machine, would be a massively appreciated addition to the shop.

It always seems to be sending alerts about it not working properly and needs work carrying out which is great that they tell you but not so great that it's always needing work, I will be changing from EE when my contract is up.

Had an issue wtih my phone speaker so i had to send it off to get repaired staff where very helpfull in doing that even thro it took a while to back my phone up befor sending it off.

Upgraded in store, the staff were great. Helped me set up my phone and transferred all of my contacts/pictures

Unfortunately got caught in a phishing scam, visited the winsford EE store where Adam helped set my account so I cannot go over my bill and helped with advice about on how to spot scams. Thankyou

Very pleased with the store. The guys are friendly and very helpful and polite. I got my new oppo phone yesterday. A very good change from a disastrous Google pixel 7 pro. Lewis was extremely helpful in helping me select a good choice of phone and getting everything off my old phone to my new. 10/10 to this store.

Got a Google pixel 2 from here earlier than my upgrade date by using my old phone to pay it off. However, i didnt like the phone afer a week or so. I contacted Sam in the store and explained I wasn't getting on with the phone. Sam and the manager agreed to let me swap the phone with minimal fuss and no change to my contract, even though they didn't have to as it wasn't in my contract. I'd definately be using this store again. Very helpful and never felt pushed into a particular brand of phone or contract.
