We used to be huge fans of Munchies, but the customer service we have experienced lately has completely turned us away. We ordered food from a food delivery site, and when we called the restaurant almost an hour later, they told us it had been sitting there for collection. We already paid for it and we're refused a refund by the person who asked if I could leave him alone because he had other calls to answer. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

Their lamb shish kebab are the king of all kebabs as far as I am concerned.After moving away from Chester I have yet to find another kebab joint that serves lamb shish kebab as good as these guys. The portions are big, they don't skimp on the meat and it's a decent price £8.80 for a large kebab. I visit the place after 4 years away and their food was delicious as I remembered.Keep at it guys!

No delivery after an hour of ordering. Called to find out where it was. Was told it was only just being cooked now and would be another 15 minutes. No apologies, not bothered at all. Don't waste your time.
