Amazing customer service (The best I have received in ages and it made my day) The fragrances are beautiful and made from essential oils. We love Verbena. The candle making workshops look amazing too!Would definitely buy from here again!

Fantastic service and regular monthly deliveries with the snugglers club. I’ve been having a little scalp psoriasis recently but since using Balance Hair conditioner it’s cleared up within days. Really impressed with the results, would highly recommend to anybody with psoriasis issues.

The customer service is brilliant. I bought a refill but it didn't seem as strong as the original. The owner explained they are hand made so could have just missed a drop of the essential oils. Without hesitation I got a replacement. Thank you. I will definitely use this company again. And I recommend it to all my friends.
