Total mess. Parked my motorcycle. It took me 40 minutes and a lot of nerves. Then I was charged 9.8£ and was told that motorcycle parking is somewhere outside. (No clue where, no signs). And make sure to remember how to get to the parking lot since there are no signs marking the parking lot from the shopping centre.

Car parks destroy urban land. Turn this into something more useful. Stratford is very well served by train and bus.

It was our first time using this carpark and we're from out of town. It's a massive leap up from the carparks where I live, they're rubbish. This is very well laid out, awesome technology so you can see what spaces are available too. The area is great, vibrant and full of life too.

Hugely overpriced car park on the outside of London. It's Stratford not Kensington!!!Also from what I have heard the knife crime in that whole area is shocking, won't be going again when Lakeside is free all day with a bigger selection of shops!!!

I was so disapointed they went up by 1£ does make a difference and their.prices went up and every time since the smart parking hasn't worked its very agitating to go.and find not work I.g and people all getting annoyed but I love their light system for parking spaces

Smart parking is the best way of paying. Just drive up to the barrier and it opens. Once you drive out, there is a receipt of your payment in your inbox. Makes life quite easy.

Costs for parking are a rip off so 3 stars is the maximum rating from me. Westfield are extortionate with their tariffs

State of the art car park. Smart parking works really well. However, safety is a concern as the area has very high crime rate. Takes bit of time to find a car parking spot as it gets really busy. The car park space is not big enough for a normal car. Almost every time the door will touch the car next to it when opening. Therefore the overall price they charge for parking is not good value.

Very busy car park. But managed really well. Lights to show free space or occupied (doesn't always work) but when it does its great.
