What a terrible service! The shop itself is not well maintained (filthy carpets, rubbish in empty boxes, leaks with buckets under...) but service is even worse! Clothes are expensive but the quality is just horrible!

I would give a zero if I could. This firm is atrocious. I placed an order on the 30th June, I've had no emails explaining the delay , called the shop a week ago to see what was happening, and they said we will get someone to call you on monday ( this was a saturday ) .and no call , no explanation on the delay , in fact nothing at all . Absolute mess of a company Avoid .

Items never arrived, after several weeks, no communication from seller, no emails, no explanation, fortunately I paid with paypal so getting a refund wont be a problem, now I have to try and find complete uniforms for all my kids 2 days before term starts! Do yourself a favour.. order from elsewhere,

This school is really good! Yeah someone bullying takes place but the school takes care of that and it's not like in a secondary school absolutely no bullying takes place. You learn loads, different types of subjects to other schools such as: Wood dt, Textiles, Catering, Graphcis, CAD - CAM. There are so many different subjects that everyone enjoys! AMAZING SCHOOL!

Great school shop... such helpful staff, especially Liga, who always goes out of her way to help me and serve me.... Great quality school uniform for my childrens school.... Ive been using this shop for three years and wouldn't go anywhere else... easy parking outside the front... Always has plenty of stock and sizes...

No price list on display, no price shown on items. You only know once you are at the till. Bought it and then returned some items. Customer service is good though.

Belfairs as a 6th form. The worst place on the planet and the only good thing is either the woods next to it or London rd for an easy exit.

Most of the reviews for this school seem to be from pupils who can’t be bothered to learn to spell. What I have experienced from Belfairs is a well managed modern school with good standards of education. Unfortunately it’s in an area where a lot of talent has been soaked up by the 4 grammar schools, despite that it has done a good job for my children.

Ordered a month ago, apparently on the way, but still haven't got it. We were promised to get on time, tomorrow my son will be starting his first day at school without any uniform. Very disappointed. Will never buy from them again.
