Build-A-Bear

Went to this Build-a-Bear Workshop while on vacation with my girlfriend and a friend of mine. Me and my friend bought a bear and my gf got a froggy plushie. It was a really fun experience and the people working there were amazing.While talking about our purchase we also got a chance to talk with the two people who worked there. They were super sweet and interested in our vacation plans. They gave us directions for our next location.Just overall very good experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I recently visited the Build-A-Bear store and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the store itself was clean and well organised.The process of building her own stuffed animal was great fun for my daughter. She was able to choose from a wide range of different animals, as well as customize them with various clothes and accessories. The staff was patient and helping her make sure her stuffed animal came out exactly the way she wanted it.I am also impressed with the quality of the finished product. My daughter's stuffed animal is so soft and cuddly and I know it will be a treasured part of her collection for many years to come.Overall, I highly recommend Build-A-Bear to anyone who loves stuffed animals. Whether you are looking for a unique gift for a friend or just want to treat yourself.

Cannot praise the staff enough for going over and above to make my son's birthday special for him. We were shopping for his present and Nic was brilliant, giving him a 'crown' to take away for his big day and taking the time to decorate his new friend's 'birth certificate'. They aren't young kids for long so thanks for making a wonderful memory for him!

I went on Wednesday n got the pastel swirl kitty that i have always wanted. There was a really really friendly employee there called Kody i think? Not sure. He was very sweet to me and complimented my bag and the way i dressed, also stuffed my bear for me. Really nice experience here it honestly made my day, that was one of the coolest employees i have ever met. Thank u Kody <3I will always recommend this place, both times ive been here was great. Will come again when i can.

Friendly, helpful staff. Build the bear and gave add in options. It’s a good surprise present as an extra you can personalise a voice recording message. Pay extra for clothes, accessories to even pants for your chosen bear. A bit expensive so if you have money to spend then a personalised purchase.

I had a great time here! I got exactly what I came in for (and more) and some brilliant customer service from one of the staff Paul, they helped me find what I needed and also made the experience still very 'build a bear' so I'm definitely going again!

My grandchildren loved our trip to here today they especially liked the princess dresses for the cat and rabbit. They were happy with the whole experience. Prices aren't bad either, I was £75 for cat,bunny,2 dresses,2 pairs of shoes,2 hearts and 2 candy scents. The staff were friendly and took the time to make it all about the kids.

Had a great experience at the Edinburgh site and would like to thank Nic and Rowan for their fantastic customer service.I went in to re-record a personalised voice message that hadn’t come out right online. Nic and Rowan were so incredibly friendly and chatted away to us. They went above and beyond and did everything to make the gift extra special. Would definitely come back - Thank you guys!

Granddaughter has been saving every penny for her captain America teddy. She is so happy with her purchase. Saving for her next one. Girls are so friendly and very helpful.

My daughter was excited!! She selected the bear the heart the smell and the clothes. It was a dream for her so we were happy we made her dream true!!
