Recently I needed a new turntable and visited Phil's shop. He talked me through everything on display which enabled me to choose the one most suited to my needs. He was also very helpful on the phone helping me solve an installation issue. It now works perfectly. Would highly recommend him.

I have been purchasing hifi from Phil, for as long as I can remember and never has his suggestions or advice been wrong, he hits the nail on the head every time.His service level is second to none and that shines through with his enthusiasm for the products he sells and the delight it brings to his clients.I have just upgraded a turntable and speakers and while I spent more then my initial budget (at Phil's recommendations) I am absolutely shocked with the final results, it now sounds exceptional, so very pleased I went with his suggestions.Keep up the great work Phil, will keep recommending you.

After a little research on local'ish Hifi specialists recently, (and speaking with Phil), I didnt hesitate any longer and bought some components and speakers etc. from MannHifi in Worcester. Phil was able to beat the competition price wise, and my equipment was ready to collect in a couple of days! Excellent service, and a good honest business. Will be back there at some point soon no doubt!

Visited Phil looking for complete HiFi set up. Great advice and recommendations. Demo set up. Offered great value for money and delivered free of charge. Great business and a top bloke. Would recommend to anyone for HiFi audio or general home entertainment. You won’t go wrong, I’ll put my hat on it.

Wanted to demo the new mk3 Rega Saturn cd player so gave Phil a call to arrange a demo. When I phoned he allowed me to pick it up and demo it on my own system at home which was a bonus. Loved it ordered on the Tuesday Phil delivered it to me on Thursday evening great service would recommend and will use him in the future.

Cannot recommend Phil Mann at Mann Hifi on the Tything at Worcester highly enough. Fabulous shop with great range of equipment and the best service. Lacking technical prowess I failed to connect our new CD player to our new amp. Mr Mann came to our home within 2 hours of my telephone call and fixed the connection. Such incredible service in this day and age. Thank you.
