Service was lovely, and my nails lasted for a month and a half. I accidentally told the lady i wanted coffin shape however i wanted square shape, and she re-did 2 of my nails without asking for more money. The guy who did my pedicure was so lovely as well, as when i smudged my nail polish on the towel he also re-did it. Overall i loved it and highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star review because the way I left the salon terrified me. Not even a beginner is doing the nails the way I got them done at this salon. The guy didn’t listen to me and the colour was not the right one. Instead of milky white I got some bad kind of cheap looking white. They were too short, fat and the guy hurt two of my fingers. They should not allow unprofessional employees to do experiments or practice on customers nails. I am coming and paying expecting high quality. What I asked for and what I got was not even close and the staff is not really friendly. Just have a look for what I asked for and what I got which was their best apparently!

Very unprofessional. They are rude and unhelpful when theres an issue. It was ok when i first used them, however on two other occasions they ruined my experience. I thought I'd give them a second chance, but had a bad experience yet again and too arogant with no apologies or sympathy towards their mistake made on my nails nor the time to rectify the issue as too busy grabbing new business. I have been in retail business and providing service to the customers for over 30 years, so I know when there is no customer service. A good part of £60 down the drain. And it's cash only!! I would not recommend this place.

First time visiting since Nikki took over this nail shop. Wow what an improvement. All newly decorated, really clean tidy and great ambiance. Nikki really helped sort my nails out, great work, really patient too. Gave great advice too. Thanks Nikki will definitely be back again. 10/10

Very bad customer service. Always request for Vu to do my nails. I went in and Nikki said he was busy even though I booked him and always do. She then done my nails made me bleed, she apologised and I accepted as mistakes happen. I then went on holiday, hence why I done my nails and 4 of them broke on the second day and my nails were in a lot of pain. Called when I got back with no apology whatsoever but just booked me in so she can have a look and “fix” I eventually went in after my holiday to fix it after making an appointment and she expected me to pay full price for what they had to correct… I told her that’s ridiculous I came in due to something you done incorrectly in the first place, by someone I didn’t even book. She said I took “too long to come back” not really much I can do if I’m on holiday. Just no accountability at all, and an apology goes a long way. I am quite a reasonable person but was completely shocked with her response. I think she is quite money grabbing. Just as a general note I had to wait for my appointment which I always seem to do is wait at least 20-25 minutes but I never complain nor did I complain when she dug too deep in my nails. There is a reason I book with particular people as everyone has a preference. She clearly couldn’t do mine well, but I still allowed it as they were busy. She also tried to say I didn’t even book Vu, she because she accidentally booked him and couldn’t think of an excuse, even though she knows full well I always book him without fail. She also tried to say I lied and didn’t go on holiday, a very weird and silly thing to say to someone just because they’re in the wrong. Since they took over, service has been quite bad and they are quite snobby and tend to change prices frequently. This had always been my nail salon and it’s a shame to say I have to change due to their new bad name and service. I do wish Vu the best, I’ve always tipped him because he’s so great, and does wonders, I think it’s just a matter of knowing how to provide service on the rest of their part and listening to customers. She does pick and choose who she is nice to.

I really like it here, staff are so nice and they made what I want! Will definitely make my nails here again.

Been here for years and have always had great pedicures. I’ve also recommended many people to come here just for the pedicure. Today however I went there and there was new staff. The guy I had was very aggressive pulling my foot, getting angry when I moved my foot because my foot was feeling ticklish. He then started filing the back of my foot and was very aggressive, so I told him to stop. He then made a face and carried on with the pedicure. When finished I was still sitting in the chair and before I could even put my shoes on he started to spray the anti bacterial spray. Very unprofessional and has ruined my experience completely. When paying my foot was really hurting so I took my shoe off to check it and he scraped my skin off and it was bleeding. The owner was shocked and gave me £5 off. Been a loyal customer for many years disappointed at the staff.
