Molton Brown Nottingham

Black Friday purchases great. However discrepancy between travel pack (6) in shop was priced over £30 on line £28. So left these items and ordered on line delivered promptly and on time.

Visited Nottingham branch of Molton Brown today, purchased the item I went for… staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.. Received a free hand massage from Natalie, whom was again friendly and knowledgeable about the products used, not pressured to purchase… delightful experience.. thank you.

Have used the shop many times and we were offered a complimentary hand massage .We went today and oh goodness it was fantastic . The lovely Danielle helped us to chose the scents we liked and we relaxed with a lovely herbal tea ( I went and purchased some as it was so good ) .She was very knowledgable about the products which was helpful as I bombarded her with so many questions .The shop is beautifully set up and well stocked and the staff are always so helpful .We made our purchase and also received a goody bag as we spent over £50.Thank you for a lovely experience , we will definitely be back again soon .Julie & Jane

I was gifted a small bottle of Molton Brown and really enjoyed using it so I decided to go and find a store in Nottingham. The two ladies in the store was really helpful with me not knowing much about the brand. They even gave me a few samples for free which is great!Overall a lovely store and fantastic staff and I won’t be using any other products now

Lovely shop with a great atmosphere and really good knowledgeable assistance. I left my car keys behind after a purchase and they are willing to post them on, recorded delivery. Customer service is, therefore, amazing - a rare thing these days.

I came here for a mini event - received a hand and arm massage, a glass of prosecco and a couple of mini bottles of body wash.Staff are friendly and helpful

Absolutely beautiful shop. First impression when walking through the door is.....ahhhh, wonderland! The girls that work in the shop are always helpful and they must have excellent training because it shows when offering their service. So very friendly whenever you pop in. The shop is gleaming, they allow you to sniff test the merchandise and nothing is too much trouble. One thing I will say though......can never get through on the phone. Always a weird noise on the line once the ringing stops. Just thought I'd let you know! Oh and Emily, the fragrance was Suma and Ginseng. Xx

Love this shop, but was disappointed you didn't get free sample when spending nearly £50 though.
