Was told by my consultant and other medical professionals my shoulder pain wasn't going to go. I gave up hope, lead me to feeling really depressed at times. Thought I would take a chance and see if Adam could relieve some of the pain. Already in 2 sessions I am feeling the best I have in years, he's done more for me that any doctor has. Couldn't recommend enough!!! Thanks mate

I've had intermittent trouble with my back and hips. I visited Adam today after my back started to spasm. He took the time to find out about my lifestyle and the different issues that contributed to my back pain. When I entered I was struggling to walk. An hour later I left in an almost normal state and feeling 100% better.I'd recommend Adam for anyone suffering from any mobility issues, aches or pains. I'll definitely be following up on todays appointment and getting Adams help with some more complex issues.

Adam is a very good sports therapist. Since having a session every 2 weeks I have not had to take painkillers, my back and hips have been better.Adam does a very good job, I would reccomend him to family and friends

Absolutely amazing service. The only health professional I've seen in 8 years that could give me a diagnosis and set expectations to correct the problem. No hard sell on future sessions. Made me feel so so comfortable straight away. No judgment.I'm absolutely thrilled he was recommended to me and cannot speak highly enough of him.

I went to Adam with limited rotation in my neck, I had suffered with this for a number of years and turning my neck especially to the right was a strain and sometimes painful.I had a 30 minute appointment with Adam during which I was made to feel very comfortable, relaxed and everything was explained properly to me.I now have full rotation to both the left and right which makes things like driving enjoyable again rather than straining to check my blind spot.Adam is a really nice genuine guy that wants to help people. Needless to say, I will be returning if I ever need treatment for anything else.Thanks Adam

Adam has looked after me, my 16 year old son, my partner and mum for the last couple of years and I have total respect and faith in him. His knowledge is superb and I can't recommend him highly enough. I suffered for years with back pain before I met Adam. He instantly recognised an issue with my hips and over 2 sessions corrected it. I am now back at the gym and training harder than ever. I continue to see Adam monthly for a sports massage which supports me with my training. Comes very highly recommended.

Visited the first time with lower back pain and after the first session I can honestly say I’ve had no problems since regarding the pain, I’ve been again for my upper back as I have a curvature and sore muscles and the massage is really beneficial. I have had improvements in my back and shoulders and really recommend these services for any pain. The environment is really welcoming and really friendly.

Adam is fantastic at what he does, I'm so glad I went to see him, I was struggling so much with the pain to my shoulder through my job which is unavoidable to which he gave me so much relief so much so I've been able to throw away the painkillers and invest in him and his expertise !! Sometimes we just persevere with the pain because it just becomes the norm, well don't anymore, book yourself in with Adam for pain relief that actually works and lasts !!
