They provided their services on a short notice, excellent. Just a pity that engineer was hesitant to take the old fuse box with him, and didn't consult us about the brightness options (lm) for the spotlight bulbs.

Great service. Very friendly, efficient and great value for money. It was also great to get my report so quickly.

Easy to book, good communication and on time. The electrician who attended told me everything I needed to know and what he was going to do and then carried out the EICR check.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY I WISHED THAT I HAD READ THE REVIEWSEspecially the one from ROBIN DAIEE. if I had done so I HAVE SAVED MYSELF MY MONEY AND I would not be writing this review.I used them as they advertised a competitive price cost structure. 2 bed flat 10 circuits for £120. I rent this flat out the service was fast, and prompt,. So why 1 star well they would not let me leave a review without starring them quite frankly I would not have given them any stars why? because they are dishonest.Why are they dishonest because after my inspection I received this e-mail.Good morning,Please find attached our invoice showing payment made for the EICR atThis payment was for up to 10 circuits on the consumer unit. On inspection there were 14 circuits found, so there is an extra payment due of £60 plus VAT (4 x £15 Plus VAT). One this is paid we will happily forward your certificate.Many thanks in advance,Kind Regards,So I paid what did I receive no pass certificate only a rejection and a quote for over £900.00 to obtain a safety certificate in their view!Again, READ ROBIN DAIEE reviewAs he puts it “ I don’t want others to be ripped off. This is a company taking advantage of the LAW which now requires these EICR tests for rental properties. If you need a test go to an organisation that only does testing and if there are remedial works required get them done by third party. Also agree retest conditions before you proceed. I have multiple properties and I will not make this mistake twice.Also note Star Reviews will only let you give a review if you are invited by the company following works. I was not invited to give feedback. Strange !! So, 120 5 -star reviews mean’s very little when only happy customers are invited to feed back. Another lesson learnt by me

Used this company to carry out a lot of work for EICR, super professional, quick and honest! There was a lot of work to be done but they did it in 5 hours and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

An excellent and prompt service:2 hours time slot so you do not need to wait for all day, a thoughtful note to engineer, prompt communications, easy to book online, next day service, etc.All cool and good!

Not the best unfortunately. They didn't turn up on the day we had arranged. Then charged for extra circuits at £18 each, it really adds up. I had to paying upfront and then withheld the certificate until the outstanding invoice was paid. Not the best deal in the end.

Very responsive, informative, and helpful, efficiently completing the task quickly. Wish more companies offered this high level of service at a competitive price!
