I love this store for its quality of product and such good value too. The staff are excellent are very helpful and well mannered. It’s wonderful being able to stroll around the store at a leisurely pace and enjoy the shopping experience as opposed to dreading it. The only time I don’t like this store is when they are doing reductions and you get the “regulars” coming in JUST for reductions and perhaps would never dream of going into M&S otherwise. These are the times when it becomes like a big standard supper market which takes the special moment of persuading at leisure away.

Good choice of food and always very good quality produce. Plenty of parking outside which is a bonus. Easy access around the shop and self scan checkouts make life easy for a quick purchase.The cafe is ok when we tried it but a young lad serving is not very good and got our order wrong. The young waitress however was very good and gave us a partial refund even though we never asked for one.We visit regularly as it is a good place for speciality items you cant find in general supermarkets.

Oh dear, NO toilet facilities. I visted Moorland outlet, 17/1/23 and while shopping felt the need to visit the loo after having driven for a while. I asked a mature female manager if there was a toilet, to be told there wasnt one, even though Marks advertise one,as I was starting to feel uncomfortable, I left in search of one elsewhere.

I have used the M&S Foodhall since it opened and have enjoyed high quality food and excellent staff .However , I have a complaint !Your free range eggs are very tasty but their freshness is very variable.I enjoy a poached egg but nothing shows the age of an egg better and sometimes the whites of your eggs are very watery.Please can you have an eye to ensuring freshness ?

Always great quality but the staff in this food hall are so friendly and helpful. Today especially 28/06 I popped in around 19:00 to get some kimchi (amongst other things) but couldn't find any. I asked a member of staff who admitted she had not heard of it. We had a bit of a laugh as I tried to badly explain what it was. She did however manage to find me some.

I really like this place for those extra special items. Great for Christmas, Easter and birthday parties. Sourdough, jamón de bellota, pork pies, pork belly. Don’t forget about Colin.

Bought a dine in for £12 meal deal but was tricked by the misleading way the items were displayed in the store into buying an item that was not included in the deal. Ended up paying £22 for the individual items. This sort of sharp practice is not what you expect from M&S.

A consistently high standard of customer service with a wide and varied range of quality food products. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. All this is complimented by an ambience which contributes to a calm and positive shopping experience.
