We called James as we had a break in our broadband cable. He was out first thing in the morning and fixed it with no problem. He was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend this company and will call them again if we have any future problem.

Exceptionally competent telephone and broadband engineers are in the minority. Fortunately for us , however, we found one in James.We had a serious malfunction on our land line one weekend which resulted in being unable to make outgoing calls or receive incoming ones. On contacting James [via my mobile] he listened attentively , provided a charges estimate and, arranged to visit within a very acceptable time frame.James arrived on schedule, investigated the problem thoroughly and completed the rectification work to a high standard. We would, without hesitation use James again and are very happy to recommend him to others.

Absolute professional. I had a set up with Mesh that I thought needed redoing. James came and altered a few settings, gave some advice and I was amazed at the improvement. Didn't charge a penny! Did not create work where it was not needed. I respect that.
