3 months ago we bought a king otterman and a single ottoman and 2 mattresses.they got delivered today, the two delivery drivers were great!But the lady that delt with us in the Stockton branch didn’t complete our order in collecting the old bed, after phone calls trying to get them to take the bed as arranged for the lady to keep saying ‘I don’t remember the conversation’ that’s probably because she was only interested in talking about different mattresses or her family…Then kept telling me I had to pay for them to remove the bed, after I had already spent 2K, I’m still waiting on a returning phone call!I didn’t even get my invoice/receipt until I mentioned it today even tho I emailed asking for it 2 months ago and never got a reply.then while making up my daughters bed I notice the bed doesn’t line up and there are staples sticking out…I’m waiting on a reply to my email!

Absolutely 1st class experience from start to finish.No high pressure sales, listened to what we wanted and got us the best mattress ever.Delivery date was perfect for us and on the day everything went like clockwork.The delivery team were brilliant, they rang me, as promised before hand and when they arrived they removed the old mattress and brought in our new one, even took their shoes off at the door without me having to ask.Again, a 1st class service. Excellent service from start to finish, sales staff not pushy but very helpful, with a sense of humour, kept up to date every stage, delivered when agreed and call 1 hour prior to delivery. Delivery guys very considerate polite and helpful - would recommend as I live my new bed

So far so good. I didn't like the vetting process for credit. I think it delved a bit too much into your personal life. I had nothing to hide. But it just seemed wrong. This is not the staffs fault. It's the company at fault. The staff were helpful. And what swayed my purchase. It was red hot outside. I went in a couple of shops and it was mafting. So walked straight back out. Went into Bensons, air con was on. So decided to stay and have a look around.Down points, have to wait 1½ months for the bed.They take the old mattress away but charge £40 delivery. This on top of the £1500 mattress. Not the staffs fault but u would think Bensons would deliver for free.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Sales gentleman was very patient with us whilst we were in the shop.

Paul at Bensons for Beds was very helpful - we know what we wanted and he was able to enhance our knowledge on the Aura Ottoman TV bed - was not hassled and left alone - we went to another branch to see a colour option but returned to see Paul to do the purchase.
