Avoid this place like the plaque they somehow misunderstood me selling my damaged phone to please fix my phone (not once did I say can you fix my phone, infact my worlds were do you TAKE damaged phones.).Thankfully they understand this was mistake and offered me the money for my broken phone, instead of charging me. However I had to wait 30 minutes and the last few minutes I noticed they were starring and laughing at me. (How unprofessional) if you want to sell stuff go elsewhere since they dont seem to understand basic instructions.

They replaced my screen with a fake screen twice that was more flimsy than previous repairs so that it shattered more easily then had me pay full price for a screen replacement when it was their bad handy-work

Went there in the morning as I had to replace my phone's charging port.The same day in the afternoon the shop assistant delivered the repaired phone near my workplace as I told her I wasn't able to collect from the shop because of work.Great service, very professional and polite.Phone like new.

Just got my phone repaired today. Did have to wait a few hours as it had to be sent off due to the fact that they didnt have any original Apple IPhone 7 screens in the shop/booth but I made my time go by and when I came to collect it my phone was working perfectly (and still is as I was typing this) very polite service. Would happily go to again if I needed to :)

I had a cracked iPhone 5s screen, but the screen was still functioning perfectly.I went to Mobile Phone Solutions to fix my screen for £45. My phone has been acting up ever since: the ear sensor doesn't work so I need to hold my phone at an angle so that I don't press buttons when calling. My earphone jack doesn't work either and worst of all, the touch screen function doesn't work half the time (it can take me up to 10 minutes to write a simple text sometimes). I went there a second time to change the screen free of charge but my phone is worst off now. I think the components they're are using are just cheap and bad quality.I DO NOT recommend you to fix a screen for £45. Just go to apple, pay the £100 (at least you have a guarantee that they'll give you a new phone if it still doesn't work after the fix).

They charged me £150 to replace my Chromebook cracked screen and charging port, initially thought this was a good deal. They took weeks longer than they said they would so I had to buy a replacement laptop so I didn't miss work, and when I got it back the battery does not work anymore so it has to be used while constantly plugged in.

Took an iPhone here for a battery replacement and the staff stole the original screen from my phone and switched it with an inferior aftermarket screen. When I called them out on it, they changed it back to an original screen but not the one that was originally on the phone. To be clear, the screen does not need to be fully removed to replace a battery, so it would not have been an innocent mistake. They would have had to consciously know that they were stealing it. Avoid this place, as they are likely to try to rip you off.

Cannot get hold of anyone! They have my laptop and will not get back to me. They lied and said it is serverly damaged and have had it in their possesion for over a week without undertaking the liquid damage removal. I need my laptop back! Maybe they will reply if they see this.

Needed a USB C adapter for my headphones on my Huawei. I had one I'd got from amazon but it made my music a lot quieter. I came to mobile phone solutions where they let my try the adapter out first (so I could tell it worked as expected) and then charged me a fiver (cheaper than official adapters at curry's and the apple one I got online). The girl serving was very friendly and helpfulNote that I went to a different shop in the arndale and was sold an unofficial adapter for 10 pounds (I got the feeling he made this figure up on the spot) which broke within three weeks or so. So far so good with the one from mobile phone solutions, but it definitely seems much better quality (for half the price)

DO NOT GO!This place is the biggest con. I went to them as my screen was broken, they said it would take 20 minutes and to co,e back. After I paid and left my phone immediately started to act up switching from 100% battery to 1% and switching off and on, (my battery was absolutely fine beforehand). I returned to them and explained the problem for them to be really rude and say they haven't touched my battery however if I wanted it fixing it would cost me a further £50. I then went to the Apple shop for a full test, they later explained that my phone was unrepairable and that the repair previously had damaged my phone.DO NOT GO HERE!!!
