Very bad experience I have with Manchester fort specsaver Very poor customer service and they even don't care . I have to choose glasses for my child I went there three times and waited like a stupid for a long time. I wish I will never go to there again

Excellent service, staff really helpful nothing is too much for them and very friendly, I love my new glasses the fit is perfect really pleased with my experience from them I will be going back again and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family

Avoid. Staff were friendly enough. My 1st ever pair of glasses, was told to collect on Tues 28th Nov, went in, glasses weren't there, only 1 lens had arrived, staff member made a jokey comment about 'you dont want them with 1 lens', was told they would be in the following day. I called in next day to collect, still not in store.....no communication via email or phone to say they wasnt ready. It's now 5th December, still no glasses, I'm £200 out of pocket. Ive requested refund so i can go elsewhere and get some. No excuse for poor communication.Rubbish

Helpful staff and good discussions about my challenge and options. Lens selection and collection was also great. However, I requested for a copy of my full test reports for my use and no feedback on that for over 2 weeks now despite using all the channels available for the request and follow up. As at now, I don't even know if its being processed or not and no timelines. No revert after filling contact forms on the website and emails to the Heaton Park branch. How tough should it be to get a copy of my own test results especially after showing a letter on why it's urgent and important? Also sad that there is no feedback. Another thing to work on is communication to inform customers after the ordered lens is ready.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained to me that was needed. I would recommend this Specsavers to everyone.

Right from my eye test to choosing my glasses, , the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kate helped me chose my frames, I wasn’t sure which ones I liked best, Kate was very patient, I went away and came back the next day. There was also a problem with the frames I chose, Kate sorted the problem out quickly and I managed to get the frames I liked. As I wear glasses all the time, I needed to be happy with my choice. Thanks again Kate for your help. You were amazing.

Fantastic service from Heaton Park Specsavers. I never manage to find glasses and popped in on the off chance of getting some. Kylie served me and helped me find not one but two pairs of beautiful Karen Millen glasses. She knew her stuff and I was in and out within ten minutes! Faultless service and one very happy customer!

This is a great shop for eye tests, the staff are helpful especially Kate and Olivia also Aqueel who carried out the eye test who explained everything. If you use Specsavers then well worth booking your appointment here.

Being a life long glasses wearer choosing the right pair can be a chore. Kate and her team were absolutely brilliant and made the experience a pleasure. Very helpful and understanding especially after faffing around in the decision making process. Their should be another 5 stars added for patience. Thanks again!
