Bond Street Oxford Street. Tuseday 3rd Oct 23 at 14:55pm. Served by British African, not sure if it was a male ir female. Sooo rude, unapproachable, did not even welcome me or said hi. Just looka another black colleague and gave each other dirty look judging me.I felt I was being judge by the colour of my skin, hair and eyes. It felt very rasist.They made me stand there and wait, eventually they looked very rude and unpleasant way asking what do I want.An I was like yeah I would like to order something.'It', didn't said any other words, nothing.Then shout out juice and walked off!!Please educate your staff to be more polite to customers and provide further training against racial discrimination.I felt targeted because of my looks.I won't be coming back here again

I visited on Sunday at 5pm and I was incredibly disappointed with the service. If it wasn’t for the food, I would have not bothered placing my order. I stood by the counter for 10 mins waiting to be seen. They saw me and refused to acknowledge me. I don’t mind waiting, if I received a simple smile and be right with you. When I was eventually seen, the lady didn’t even greet me or anything, I literally had to make the first conversation and place my order. They all came across rude, unhappy and unbothered.

Like all other branches the food and drinks are fantastic. Add to that,the service is outstanding! Super friendly and welcoming staff! Thank you. PS if you haven’t tried their Tunacado sandwiches, you’re missing out on the most delicious sandwich in the world.

I usually try not to leave negative reviews but the service at Joe & The Juice at the Bond Street branch is terrible. The staff are rude and I’ve noticed are somewhat polite when customers with certain ‘look’ are being served. My order was called then plopped on the table which I found offensive and unnecessary.The manager should have a word with the team and tell them that it doesn’t hurt to smile and be polite to all customers.

Rude staff - to be precise, when you walk in and stand near the counter, they don't acknowledge you. A simple 'I'll be with you in a minute' will suffice. This way, a customer can wait knowing that they will be served. I also think for what you get the juices are overpriced and, for all the hype, I don't think the coffee is very good. It could be the machine they use though?

I never left a negative comment but I have to this time. Worst service ever experienced. Staff impatient and poorly trained. Food served cold. Will never visit again.

Like this branch as it is cozy and small. Like to set her after long day of shopping and before taking the train. Staff were nice but very busy, I would say it understaffed. Like there juices and Iron man is my favourite one. I had chicken sandwich which use to taste better this time was less than average but the bread itself still taste good. The food and juices are reasonably priced.
