I purchased tickets on 2.3.2023 for a show which will be in May 2023. I have not used Encore beforeAnyway, l could not find the email confirmation and so l sent a message. I received an immediate response and they resent my email. This was very reassuring and made me feel that l can trust them. l will definitely use them again

BEWARE of terms and conditions. Look elsewhere if you can.I purchased tickets to see a West End Musical and because of unforeseen circumstances, 5 weeks before the Musical I could no longer attend on the booked date. I tried to amend the date we attended but received this response from Paris - their Customer Care Specialist....Please be advised that as per our terms and conditions

Bunch of scammers. Never book here ,there is no customer service AT ALL. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been trying to contact this company to query the tickets I have! I had a virgin experience voucher and this company are the ones the tickets are booked through. Upon booking tickets it did not advise me they were restricted viewing until after the tickets arrived on my email I can not speak to anyone to change them and virgin can not help and voucher has been redeemed. These tickets are £30 each on main theatre site yet they have cost me £70 each!! Total con do not use avoid!!

I’ve been promised a refund since 2020. They do not answer phones!!Awful and to be avoided. If I get my refund I’ll put on here

NEVER buy tickets with this firm! I bought tickets for Mary Poppins to them and never received any confirmation or tickets. I then sent them 5 request for help not to miss my show. Each time I received an automatic reply saying they treated the show of the same day and the following one in priority and that contacting them several times would put me further in the queue! That's rich when you don't give any reply to your customer! The phone number referred to on their page is not working and there is no email address. In the end I was never contacted about my tickets, never got them and it was only thanks to the good will of the staff at the theatre, who could track down my tickets that I did not lose my 360€ and could attend the show. This firm should be taken to court for taking your money and not providing the tickets you buy!

Was rushed into hospital into A&E with a heart complaint on the day of a performance of TKAMB I was going to attend with my wife as part of her special 60th Birthday . Once it was apparent I was not going to be released in time I contacted Encore to cancel and rebook another performance. Refused and was asked to read the small print on T&C’s.Very dissatisfied under the circumstances .

I had an issue with receiving the bar code for my ticket. They were prompt when replying to me and resolved the problem swiftly .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ,I am really unhappy with my experience with this company, I was gifted a voucher for my Christmas and was asked to book it online, after the voucher did not work I asked the voucher company to book for me, I then received confirmation to go on the 28th of June I did not book this nor would I as I work and would need to request time off, after multiple calls and emails from myself and the voucher company I have been told that is the date I requested they can not amend it and won’t give me a refund. I missed out on this experience and now have lost £140. I am disgusted by the way that I was spoken to and the lack of customer service from this company, I will never be using these again and I would advise anyone else looking at this company to avoidit!!

Terrible!!!! Don't bother booking with them, their website has errors at checkout so you'll try to rebook a show youll end up being charged for the show as duplicates.... when the site doesnt even show the booking being confirmed. When you try to explain this to them the glitche on the site.... they won't listen and say no refunds.Therefore unless you can clone yourself!!! to attend various shows on the same night.... do not book with them, you'll regret it.
