Attended the VIP event looking for an upgrade from an aging Corsa. Luke was very attentive and helpful looking at the options that could fit my budget. Picked up my new car on Saturday from Eden Vauxhall Banbury. All the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The salesman Luke Biggs was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions before I purchased the car. On the day of collecting my car he did a run through of how everything worked and explained all the paperwork. He was amazing and very helpful. Absolutely love my new Mokka . I went into the showroom and immediately got chatting to Robyn . She was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything about the car . She put me totally at ease and was very polite and friendly . The whole experience was managed perfectly . I would definitely recommend Eden Vauxhall in Banbury . I brought a car from here which I travelled a distance to get to and once I had my car the engine light came on straight away and I had to take it back . I didn’t get an update for two days and had to chase to be told it all needs to be undone I’ve emailed countless times about my v5 with no reply and a return of my deposit still with no reply , the staff are only interested in helping when they feel like they are getting a sale but when something goes wrong they are radio silent . I would avoid if you want a decent service.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service department at Eden Banbury. My 2014 Corsa developed a problem with leaking coolant and I took the car in with no booking hoping they could help. Despite zero notice they were brilliant and managed to get me back on the road very nearly the same day which was far beyond my expectations. A huge thank you to all who pulled this off, and especially to Vince for getting this sorted so efficiently.

I took my car for a MOT. They advised me over the phone to change my tires and I asked them if I could pay with instalments as I can’t afford to pay the full price at the moment and she said no problem. When I came to collect the car the lady seemed quite annoyed with me when I told her again that I can’t afford to pay the full price at the moment and I would like to pay in instalments. Which is not helpful at all as I am stressed enough struggling financially!Then she left in the middle of our conversation and another lady came to help me with my payment. She was actually really nice and helpful.Unfortunately I also did not get the invoice for the tire chance.Struggling financially is really stressful, I don’t need any judgment about it!
