I needed to find a dependable, local and well experienced heating engineer to diagnose a fault to my Main Eco Lite 25 Combi boiler. Jason of Profix Heating was recommended in a Nuneaton community Facebook group and reviews online were very good to.He arrived the same day as the call was made to him at the time agreed so he could diagnose the issue and do a temporary fix. He returned after the weekend to replace the pilot/ignition unit which was causing the boiler to make a banging sound upon ignition and sometimes shutting down.Having been an ex Baxi/Main senior engineer for many years he was able to easily identity the reason for the fault. At the same time he carried out an annual service and Gas Safe inspection and issued a certificate. The bill was reasonable.Reliable, knowledgeable and a great guy to deal with.Will will call upon him in future to do our heating system maintenance. I went to do a review also on check a trade but they want too much of m personal information so left one here instead.Thanks Jason, top job!
