Tracy Gower and her assistant Julie Bowen have been truly marvellous! I would highly recommend them and most definitely use Tracy again should I need to sell or buy a property. Recently my sister and I had to move our mother into a care home and we needed to sell her house as quickly as possible to pay the care home fees. Tracy was recommended to us as being very fast and efficient and my goodness, she was absolutely brilliant! Not only was she and her team fast and super-efficient but kind, helpful, great at explaining and communicating things clearly and had a really good interface with our estate agent.

Tracy Gower handled the sale of one of our properties recently and did a great job. This was in spite of having a really difficult buyer who didn't have a clue as to how the purchase/sale of a property works! Tracy was patient and effective at all times during what was a frustrating process. She does what she says she will do and gets things done without fuss or prevarication. I would definitely use her again.
