I have used A Class for at least the last 6 years to get a large group of friends to and from the Cheltenham Festival. They have always been on time, the coaches have always been as booked and always spotless and the drivers have been brilliant. Very reliable and friendly business with great customer service.

Shocking! They ruined our birthday celebration. We came to visit the UK for a big birthday celebration and the family hired a luxury minibus, we wanted something with tables, TV and DVD for the young kids, fridge etc... We confirmed that's what was being sent, we even got sent pictures of the luxury bus. What showed up was a horrible, old, dirty smaller bus. when we called in on the Sunday were told the offices are closed, very rudely. Huge disappointment would not recommend.

Terrible company, they sub contracted the job to another company who when collected up refused to take us to our agreed drops and left us all to get a taxi home costing us. They then said they would not refund us for the taxi's and only refunded us just over 10% of the cost which didn't even cover the taxi cost.Nothing A class about this company100% do not use

Cancelled after booking was made over 1 year ago for our wedding day with less than 1 weeks noticeAVOID at all costs - Michelle you have not heard the last of this - not even calling to apologise but emailing us is completely not OK. We will be taking this further

Awful experience do not use this company. Hired them for our wedding to transport guests and the driver refused to drive where we had asked and dropped guests 20 seconds from where he collected them meaning guests had to walk over a mile. Tried to get an explanation and we eventually heard after 9 days of constant calls and emails to say they couldn’t do anything about it. Do not hire if you have a special event you don’t want ruining!

These were hired for a school contract. Paid in full in July for September to the following July. Tried telling the other parents and I in March that they needed to up the contract price, then when people refused they stopped all communication and tried to refuse my child her passage to school. Would avoid at all costs.

Arranged a mini bus to pick up from home and take to a wedding venue for family. Was happy enough to take my money but upon cancellation (within the time frame of T&C’s) they refused to answer my calls and emails for 5 days until I threatened a solicitor. Still not got any further in regards to a refund and it’s over a week now. AVOID

Sam was our driver and he was excellent. Arrived just before time, knew the roads like the back of his hand and put up with lots of singing on the way home! Also lovely minibus

Terrible customer service. Replied to one email enquiry and proceeded to ignore all further communications. If you don't want business, and by the looks of the other reviews you're not very good at it anyway...why bother?? You're just wasting everyone's time as well as your own. Baffling.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! My daughter organised this for a big birthday and special occasion and they completely scammed her. She asked for photos of the bus that was coming and was sent a luxury mini bus photo and what showed up was a horrible, smaller, dirty and just horrible mini bus. Nothing like what was ordered. No phone call returned to apologise or refund, still chasing with no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
