As others have said, fantastic customer service and wonderful driver who delivered my logs and helped me to get them into the back garden when the bag they came in turned out to be too big to get through the gate. It will have added on extra time to his day to do that and I'm so grateful, don't know what I'd have done otherwise. Won't hesitate to use the company again.

Some Logs have mildew on them. I asked that they phone me before delivery to ensure that the delivery date suited . They did not and as a result the logs got delivered when I was not there and suffered unnecessary water damage. The amount of logs I received were much less too.

Fabulous company to deal with. Excellent quality logs at a great price. Ordering is straightforward and the staff in the office super friendly and helpful. Delivery is always prompt and the drivers very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for logs.
