Their drivers are verbally abusive, thereatening and very angry men. They employ bullies.If they don't care about people, they won't care about your waste contract. This tells you everything you need to know about the company. Avoid it like the plague.A one star rating is far too generous.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS FIRM. They are con artists. Autumatically poush you into a 3 year deal with insane parameters, awful customer services, shoddy workmanship. What a joke.AVOID

Never had any problems but now other neighbouring businesses have stopped using them trying to get a collection is a nightmare! Lies from drivers who log they came , my cctv proves they didnt , then moaning about obstructions ( that bollard was broke at the time of your phantom visit , so you obviously managed ) , not to mention the fact every other commercial waste wagon has managed no problem, there was even a crane bought round!Ive now got 4 binbags ive got to try and find space for as if i leave them outside theyll be ripped up !

Absolutely disgusting behaviour weaving in and out in traffic I had my son in the car they didn't even indicate and almost squashed us in to the railings in the middle of the road which is where the public cross also when beeped horn at him he stuck his middle finger up at me. * WARNING*Be very careful before signing any contract with these cowboys! You sign a 12mth contract, but if you don't cancel (their terms for this are joke) then they tie you up to a 3 year rolling contract!! Which is near impossible to get out of.The service is terrible, constant missed collections and excuses, so may times have they failed to provide a service!! We operate a 9-5 business, however we ensure there is somebody on site from 8am, ASH are fully aware of this however they insist on sending the trucks at 7am ????

This company is scam, Don’t waste your money with them!The worst company I have EVER dealt with. After signing a 12 month contract I was auto entolled for a further 3 years, with a 1 month cancellation period 5 months before this time is up. The yearly price increases dramatically +120% and is nowhere near initial cost. Once you sign the contract they don't want to know you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The worst company to deal with. Countless missed bin collections, more missed collections than actual collections!! Customer care team promise that the collection has been rescheduled for the next day, but this never happens. I’d go as far as saying the staff are condescending when you challenge them on why the bin hasn’t been collected on the 3rd day of being promised it will be. The bin is never put back in the same place, it’s been left in the middle of a pedestrianised square, on a grave yard and in the middle of a public walk way. We’ve been trying to get out of our contract since a few weeks into our contract but you’re tied in with them. Running a business is challenging enough without the constant admin duties of chasing a company to do the job that you pay them to do. As soon as we can get out of our contract we will be and I urge all businesses owners to read reviews, do not take a chance on Ash Waste they are incompetent.

Stay clear of this company, you have been warned!The rep will get you to sign a 1 year contract with massive amounts of small print to charge what they like.Then it’s automatically roll onto a 4 year contract.Horrible experience all round.
