Beware of the extortionate extras costs! 10k+ On top of a £20k property. I still don’t believe this is legal. Auction house London allowing vendors to supply there own pictures and layouts of properties so basically could be any property, and with no viewing to the buyer, I was lucky enough to check the property 3 days before completion! If not I believe it would of been a headache getting my funds back, on inspection I noticed it was a 2 bed not a 3 bed as advertised along with no Bathroom,They say that the fall of the hammer means sold! No it does not if the seller has added special conditions this overrides the auction standard conditions unless stated so if you have purchased in the past please check this, and finally always look at the Tenancy agreements if it has a sitting tennat in place as mine was a false Tennant that was made up 3 weeks prior to the sale for a higher price at auction!

Very helpful people and an excellent service. The only tiny complaint is the time afforded for bidding. It is too long. The house is over patient with slow bidders who deliberately wait until the last second. 2 minutes per lot should be enough time and allow a fair opportunity for anyone not playing silly games. The last auction lasted until almost 9 pm.

Very surprised at the turn out of transaction. Be ware of using these vendors. They attempted to facilitate a breach of contract sale where the buyer threatened to not complete and wanted to ‘reduce price’ on sale already signed for. Jordan at auction house specifically vetted for the buyer (where he is supposed to be of interest for the seller) a case of possible bribery which will be further investigated as the auction house should not be inquiring for breach of contract and should be acting in the interests of the seller. Very shocking turn around. All communications have been recorded and this is very serious.

35 Mulberry Close, Beaufort Street, Chelsea, London, SW3 5ABBuyer Beware !With this Auctioneer Mysteriously sold properties reappear for sale again after being sold at the auction.Auction House uses gas lighting techniques. If you successfully bid a property the auctioneer will catch you off guard by using aggressive bullying techniques and language to collect deposits. They claim I didn’t do my due diligence, when in fact they can’t substantiate why last moment critical Lease information was added to their Notices just prior to the auction, while the Lease header had irrelevant misleading information and the auctioneer didn’t bother to notify bidders during their live auction about critical Lease documents being added last moment. The auctioneer sent me a email claiming I would lose my deposit of 6200 pounds as a penalty if I didn’t proceed with a transaction (which turned out to be a scam) and then they took 27200 pounds. . Keep well clear as this auctioneer in London, UK is operating a Ponzi scheme - They appear to make their money from allowing dodgy sellers use unethical practices to sell and resale the same properties and collect deposits.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. The treatment i have received today off members of staff is disgusting. I was firstly lied to on the exchange of a contract when i purchased a property today (wed). i was told i would have to wait till Fri till i get the keys to a property i now own! I was called 20 mins later to say it had now been exchanged but have to wait till 9pm to get the keys. (The contract exchanged at 12pm) I was then spoken very rudely to and asked what 'my problem was with getting the keys at 9pm, at least they aren't in London'. Through out the calls i had with him he was was very abrupt, rude and used bullying tactics. My solicitors gave this person 2 deadlines to hand the keys over amd both times failed. the time is now 9.15 and i still have NO keys to the property i own. I wouldn't recommend buying a property off this company to anyone.
