Closed the 2 pharmacies they run in Whitstable area with no notice and no thought whatsoever to customers. Left it to others to inform and sort alternatives. Appalling and frankly careless leadership. Also have seemed to respond to 0 media enquiries as to why. Gross.

Have just shut 2 pharmacies in Whitstable Kent with no warning. Leaving the prescribed drugs in the building to go to waste and thousands of Estuary View Medical Centres patients with no way of assessing these drugs. This has caused chaos at the Medical Centre as patients are desperate for their drugs and the staff at the Medical Centre have been left to sort this out for thousands of patients. The owners and people who run this company and all those responsible should be held to account and made to pay and debarred from any profits resulting from this action, including bonuses. They should be forced to cease trading.

Excellent service providers

Customer of Lyminge for over 40 years but booked flu vaccination online for a Saturday, received a reminder, but was turned away on the day as they only give flu vaccinations on Tuesdays. Asked to come back on Tuesday and pointed out I worked in Canterbury until 6pm so could not get there in time hence the Saturday appointment. Email ignored, online complaint form does not work, letter to head office ignored. Only recently, weeks later, has the online booking been removed from the site.
