Scott built an extension for us and his standards were diabolically poorThe building surveyor made him take down a supporting wall as he had built it in blocks instead of engineering bricksHe was late and unrealible turning up when it suited himWe had all the excuses you can imagineI would not trust him to build me a wall in Lego never mind brickI sacked him and when our kitchen ceiling started to sag I found he had put dry bricks above the lintel without using any mortarThis man is DANGEROUS and to be avoided at all costs

Good builder, fair prices

Scott’s was massively out of his depth when doing our single story extension, kitchen and new bathroom. We heard all the excuses under the earth such as his Dog was sick to various others. Scott was late on many occasions and when finally getting him to leave us with a finished product we found that most of the work had been done to a very poor standard and many corners had been cut. He lied to us throughout the build and only when we met the building inspector directly we found that he was extremely concerned with Scott’s work and that he warned Scott throughout the build. On the work that Scott did complete - it’s all to a very poor standard. In the end we had to ask Scott to leave and naturally he never came back. I’m sure Scott can build a wall - but otherwise AVOID at all costs.

Arranged for Scott to visit to provide a quote, didn't turn up, when called said he'd be 15mins,1hr later still no show and now not answering calls.... Avoid this builder if u can and read other reviews as I should have done firstly.....
